[pkg-kolab] Debian Kolab packages

Noèl,

I've gone through all the moves in 
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-kolab/trunk/kolabd/debian/README.Debian?op=file&rev=0&sc=0 
again (complete purge/reinstall), substituting the password you give for 
"manager" in the file below for 
1) "rootpw" in /etc/ldap/slapd.conf
2) "ldap_bind_pw" in /etc/saslauthd.conf

But I still get the same error with "credativ" as the password:
cyradm --user manager localhost
IMAP Password: 
              Login failed: authentication failure 
at /usr/lib/perl5/Cyrus/IMAP/Admin.pm line 118
cyradm: cannot authenticate to server as manager

What am I doing wrong?
