[pkg-kolab] Bug#370531: README.Debian should include more information on kolab-webadmin

Item 9. in README.Debian refers to the use of kolab-webadmin along with kolab, 
but 
fails to describe how to hook the web interface up to apache.

The intuitive solution (to the novice) would look something like this:
    ln -s /usr/share/kolab-webadmin/ /etc/apache2/sites-available/
    a2ensite kolab-webadmin
but upon "/etc/init.d/apache2 reload" this error shows up:
  Reloading apache 2.0 configuration...Syntax error on line 1 of 
  /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/kolab-webadmin/admin/addressbook/addr.php:
  /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/kolab-webadmin/admin/addressbook/addr.php:1: 
  <?php> was not closed.

Not sure whether this speaks to my lack of insight into apache/kolab or 
whether I 
should report a bug against kolab-webadmin.
