[pkg-kolab] Installation de kolab on etch

hello,

I try to install kolab on etch. But I block on the commande of create mailbox 
in kolab-cyrus.

I do all points same than write in 
file "/usr/share/doc/kolabd/README.Debian.gz" until the point 4.1. when I do 
the point 4.2 I have the error message.

IMAP Password:
              Invalid user at /usr/lib/perl5/Cyrus/IMAP/Admin.pm line 118
cyradm: cannot authenticate to server as manager

What wrong I do ?
