[pkg-kolab] Installation de kolab on etch

Hi Marvin and Kolab List,

I can confirm the problem of Martial,
My installtion also failed several times at the step 4.2 create 
mailboxes with "cyradm --user manger localhost"

I tried several stuff around sasl, ldap and other things, re-installed 
it completely (luckily quite an easy thing with vmware..), but all the 
time without luck. There is a real problem somewhere.
PS: I restarted saslauthd several times.

When there will be a new version or an official fix to this problem I 
will try again.
