[pkg-kolab] etch bootstrap problems

Hello,

I've been installing kolab into etch on amd 64 and have had a lot of
problems getting the bootstrap script to run without error.

I have fixed the script and slapd.conf.template file to make it work. 
Do you want these changes sent to the list??

Sorry I'm new to the debian package development process, I hope I am
sending it to the right place.
