[pkg-kolab] Fixing some kolab-2.0.4 bugs and typos

Hello,

I just recently join the kolab mainteners to start to work on kolab 2.1 but 
first a wanted to correct some misktake on the 2.0.4 packages

Here is the changes i made

Cleanup some part of README.Debian
correct some mistake on freebusy.conf
Change the order of admin manager in imapd.conf

Here are some change i will also made

fix some parameters in resmgr.conf
and some others i don't remeber right now

One thing we should do is name the package with the same version number as 
upstream, because each time someone ask for help on the kolab list, people 
said that version doesn't exist 0.3.9 or 1.94 ;-(

The whole set of package should be either 2.0.4 or 2.1 but not everything 
else ..
