[pkg-kolab] Kolab 2.2 rc1 released

Hello everybody,

Kolab 2.2rc1 has been released (see [1]). I wanted to start updating
the debian directories.

I have some questions :
* How are *.dfsg.orig.tar.gz files created (it seems that some
non-free stuff is removed) ?
* Are you ok that I start ? (maybe you have done some things elsewhere)
