[pkg-kolab] What about rfc2739

Looking at http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-kolab/kolabd/trunk/debian/patches/70-kolab2.schema-removal.of.rfc2739.dpatch?op=file,
it appears that ''rfc2739 has to be removed''.

Why ? Does anybody knows ? (Peter) We should enhance the comment for
this, or bring it back.

Note that this somehow breaks gosa (https://oss.gonicus.de/labs/gosa/
and http://packages.qa.debian.org/g/gosa.html)
