      Include /usr/sbin on the $PATH (for RHEL 5).
      Misc changes to make tests pass in RHEL 5.
      Version 1.0.19
      Set mandir (as in RHEL 5).
      Create daemon/m4 subdirectory if it doesn't exist already.
