      Remove the specfile from the tarball.  Include contrib/ dir.
      Remove Perl from appliance - fixes large appliance problem on Rawhide builds.
      Test the 'command' and 'command_lines' functions thoroughly.

      Prepare for version 1.0.24
      test-command is not an actual test program.
