Hi, libvirt 0.7.4-2 in experimental doesn't run qemu/kvm instances as root anymore when using qemu:///system. It runs them as libvirt-qemu:kvm instead which should make things considerably safer. We furthermore use libudev instead of hal for device enumeration. I'd be great to have some feedback if this breaks anything. Cheers, -- Guido
