I was thinkging about this too but spitting out a single binary looks a
bit like overkill. If we go down this path we should at also rename
libvirt-bin to libvirtd and create a libvirt-bin transitional package
but I'm still not convinced splitting out virsh buys us much. You can
always disable libvirtd.
