I believe, libvirt is in testing:

Actually, I got virt-manager tested yesterday, only with qemu so far,
but successfull, and I only backported virt-manager to lenny, all the
rest was there.

Maybe there's a difference between "libvirt is being autobuilt"  and
"libvirt is somehow built and put into testing" that I don't yet get -
but once I understood the problem, I can think about ideas to solve it
:)
