I tested to install Windows XP Pro SP3 (french) with Virt-manager and libvirt 
0.4.5-1 from experimental and the problem seems to be fixed !

I updated libvirt form 0.4.4-3 (testing) to 0.4.5-1 (experimental) on a Lenny 
system and now the Windows installation procedure works great with 
Virt-manager...
