Hmmm...looks so. Is your $HOME by any means on nfs or similar? The code
in qemudDomainSave special cases this.

Does a the header file get created or does this already fail?

This is a different bug than your original issue "Migration is not
active" so I'll clone this bug. Please reply to the new bug.
