IMHO this should be fixed in NM or it even is already since you can
exclude unmanaged devices and you can add an URL to check if you're
"really" online.

So libvirt _could_ add entries to NMs conf.d to exclude bridges created
by it. Patches for this would be welcome (but should preferably go
upstream directly).
