Hi,

hugepages don't appear to be the problem here.  The root problem is that
you are requesting numa bindings (see the note in
https://libvirt.org/formatdomain.html#elementsMemory)
Debian cannot yet be built with numa support (see
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=758189)
