Unlikely. When I have more than one Vm on Autoport and Autostart, only
one of them is running after a host reboot, and the others don't start
because of the port already been taken. All this without restarting
libvirt daemon after rebooting the host.

And since things are fine with a Debian kernel, this might be a kernel
config issue. I don't have the slightest clue what might be the fault
here, and I have not yet found the time to bisect kernel config.
