[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#359792: this bug is still present in 1.4.11-4

I admit that if I just started lighttpd the upgrade would probably proceed
smoothly, but it took me a while to figure out why lighttpd was refusing to
start (the subject of another bug).  what I should have said is that it
would be neat if a workaround were in preinst to avoid this one.
