[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#353964: lighttpd: 10-fastcgi.conf is broken

When you enable 10-fastcgi.conf, lighttpd doesn't start
anymore. Instead you get the following error:

root at rattle:/etc/lighttpd/conf-enabled# /etc/init.d/lighttpd restart
Stopping web server: lighttpd.
Starting web server: lighttpd2006-02-22 10:54:40: (mod_fastcgi.c.1271) missing key (short): fastcgi.server .php localhost port
2006-02-22 10:54:40: (server.c.834) Configuration of plugins failed. Going down.

After adding the port option to 10-fastcgi.conf, lighttpd started again.
