[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#397142: 10-fastcgi.conf should call php-cgi instead of php4-cgi

Package: lighttpd
Version: 1.4.13-4

debian/conf-available/10-fastcgi.conf should call php-cgi, not php4-cgi.

php-cgi is managed by the alternatives system, and users expect it to
just work with only php5-cgi installed.

Reported by an Ubuntu user as Malone Bug #70384
(https://launchpad.net/bugs/70384)

Thanks,
Lukas
