[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#362827: crash high level cause

Seems like the new "fix" is not a fix, but a configuration work-around and a 
bit performance hit.

The original config specified:
"bin-path" => "/usr/bin/php-cgi",
"port" => 9000

but crashed. The new config:
"bin-path" => "/usr/bin/php-cgi",
"socket" => "/tmp/php.socket",

So seems like the switch from sockets to pipes.

So is there a bug in socket usage?
