[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#408521: The temporary directory for uploaded files is not cleaned

Hello,

lighttpd stores the uploaded files in the /var/tmp directory in 1MB chunks.
If the destination FastCGI process crashes during the transfer of the
posted data from the web server to the FastCGI process, the temporary files
created in the /var/tmp directory remain there forever, because the Debian
init scripts does not clean the /var/tmp directory. The temporary directory
should be changed from /var/tmp  to /tmp .
