lighttpd in debian has conf-available & conf-enabled directories. It's
something similar to mods-enabled mods-available from apache2

lighttpd in debian provides configuration file for
php /etc/lighttpd/conf-available/10-fastcgi.conf, it maps .php files to
php5-cgi command.
