[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#472122: invoke-rc.d lighttpd start fails if already running

Hi,

invoke-rc.d lighttpd start fails is the server is already running. Shouldn't it just be a no-op and not fail?
Most other scripts don't print an error if you start them twice.
