Subject: Accessing PHP-pages with lighttpd results in error 403 (forbidden)

Package: lighttpd
Version: 1.4.23-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi,

since last update lighttpd always gives a 403 (forbidden) error with PHP-pages. Additionally, static content - like jpegs or html files - are not served correctly. I always get a download box when I try to access them.

Using lighttpd.conf.dpkg-dist as configuration did not help.
