Bug#639138: clang: example of issues (I hope)

Followup-For: Bug #639138

It fails to build even trivial programs saying that it can't find
bits/predefs.h, which moved away from /usr/include/bits/predefs.h

No idea about the binNMU, I'm not that much into debian packaging.
