Bug#578381: Raising severity of 578381 to grave

I'm raising the severity of this bug to grave.  I have never been able
to get llvm-gcc-4.5 to work.  If there is some combination of packages
that allows it to work, the dependencies are underspecified, which is a
serious bug itself.

I'm very interested in trying this out and would welcome a fixed package
as time allows.
