Bug#650101: please provide separate packages for each major version (clang-3.0, etc)

Well, it's unclear when kFreeBSD will need this, or even if it'll need
it at all.  I requested it now because I figured it would be useful
for others anyway.

What I can say for sure is:

  - If we need clang, it'll be 3.0 or later, as upstream trunk has
already switched to 3.0.
  - Unless something really weird happens, kFreeBSD in Wheezy will be
built by GCC.

So if it's only for kFreeBSD's sake, I wouldn't worry about this for now.
