+- SSH Illegal Users: They are currently not reported, at least in my case where I block all of the with
+  AllowUsers. The comment in an old version of the sshd script says that the reporting was *REMOVED* because
+  it was always followed by a failed login message. That's not true, at least for my systems.
+  I need to know in which cases this is not true and in which cases this is true.
+  Proposed solution: the sshd script should only report that Users as Illegal Users that are not
