its totally trivial with upstart, you just depend all ltsp services on
getltscfg having been run ... currently i just look at sysvinit as this
is our common ground we share (and what we currently use in ltsp
clients), if i start switching to upstart in ubuntu *my* life will get a
lot easier. if you implement something else for parallel initscript
processing in debian i'm fine with getting patches for that ;)
