thats pretty trivial to split out into a init-bottom script or so in the
initramfs, i wrote the ltsp-nbd part and indeed only with focus on
ltsp ... usually vagrant comes and sanitizes such hardcoding i do ;) but
in case of nbd we're a release ahead in ubuntu due to unionfs bugs in
debian that made it impossible to use this setup there.

the script has also a ram test that automatically adds nbd swapspace in
case we're below 48M, this part should probably go somwhere else as well
as it relies on nbdswapd (a part of ltsp-server that creates swapfiles
on the fly) being available on the bootserver ...

note that the nbd part currently doesnt have its own
-top/-premount/-bottom scripts but only abuses the nfs ones, that should
change as well i think.
