ah, i think i figured it out already- we were only doing dh_installman
from the binary-indep target, and not the binary-arch target ... so
ltsp-client-core was only getting the manpages for the original upload,
and not when done on a buildd.

still doesn't seem to fix the pt_BR translation issue...
