[Pkg-ltsp-devel] remove ANAIS restrictions for ltsp from packages-arch-specific

please remove the ANAIS restrictions for ltsp, as several architectures (namely
armel and mips*) prove promising for LTSP (although many architectures are
still dubious). the current restrictions are:

%ltsp: amd64 i386 powerpc                                             # ANAIS

it should either be removed entirely, or changed to:

%ltsp: amd64 armel i386 mips mipsel powerpc                           # ANAIS

other architectures may not have viable thin-client hardware, but perhaps
creative users will come up with meaningful uses for any architecture.
