The vgscan in /etc/init.d/lvm is what fails for me, not pvscan (i.e. in
the default setup), and it's because I have a second volume group on the
second drive (because the second (ide) drive is only in the system until
I get a file server setup on a raid enclosure and I want to be able to
easily move and remove the filesystems stored on the temporary drive).
