Bug#568810: '/etc/init.d/multipath-tools stop' does not stop multipathd

Package: multipath-tools
Version: 0.4.8+git0.761c66f-7
Severity: normal

Hi,

This version of multipathd seems immune to SIGTERM, thus it's
unaffected by the stop action of the init script.

# pgrep multipathd
1927
# kill 1927
# kill 1927
