Bug#614353: multipath-tools-boot: upgrade to squeeze breaks machines with root on iscsi

Hello,

In your setup, you've mentioned iscsi-root. But are you using multipath
on top of it?
If yes, why are you not using the multipath guaranteed /dev/mapper/*
entries?

This is happening in all probabilities because multipath must be using it.

If your intent is to use multipath for other devices but not the root
lun, you can blacklist the root lun in multipath.conf
