This patch cherry picks the fix from upstream that puts the
thin_check_executable in the correct config section.

  * debian/patches/1075994_move_thin_check_executable_to_proper_section.
    patch:
    - put thin_check_executable in the 'global' section
    - look for thin_check in /usr/sbin (LP: #1075994)
