[Pkg-lxqt-devel] DebCamp LXQt Sprint

I've converted most of the lxqt packages on our git today and start to
import snapshots.

I've imported snapshots for libqtxdg. I just polished the package and fixed
all lintian reports.
libqtxdg_1.2.0+20150807-1 has been uploaded.
Once this upload goes fine, more snapshots would get imported and upload.
