After researching a little, I can't figure out how you're getting this
problem. lyx-qt doesn't depend on libpspell4, in fact, none of the lyx
packages (-common, -xforms) depend on it. As far as I can tell, it isn't
anywhere in sid or testing at *all*. Nothing depends on it. libpspell4 is
only in woody.

Could you send me the output of:

apt-cache rdepends libpspell4

and

apt-cache show lyx-qt

What architecture is this? Do you do any apt-pinning by any chance?
