[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#397463: lyx: should use current locale for defaut document language

Hi,

With a fresh installation of lyx, I started a new document, exported it
to TeX, and the result was 

\documentclass[english]{article}

Of course I can change the document language in the
Document->parameters->Language option and set is as default, but the
"default default" should be just the current locale's language.
