Nah, I don't think so. The important thing is that there is that the
maintainer of the code has said clearly that *this* is the license
we're using, and every contributor implictly licenses their code under
it. And this is what's supposed to be quoted. I don't think the years
are significant.

Also, if we include code under other copyright statements, these
should be included as well. Which reminds me of... boost, which is
included in the source. We need to add boost's copyright to
debian/copyright.
