Hi Sven,

your control mail[0] sent 2007-02-21 to merge three bugs wrt assertions
was wrong IMHO.

It merged three unrelated bugs and closed all of them due to one of them
being closed by an upload. Now granted, all of them were about
assertions and it's possible that two of them were closed right
(although you should have stated bugs of them in the changelog instead,
also to notify the submitter), but the third one (#410175) is still
valid and should be handled (either by tagging it wontfix or by taking
other measures).
