I installed manually the packages and everything is fine now.

OK, but this means we have a time gap where a program is not working and a 
mess up afterwards.

In this special case the experience shows that LyX 1.5.4-1 is == depend on 
QT4.3. 1.5.4-2 could be >= QT4.4, but who knows.

I don't want to argue, but I think I'm correct, otherwise we wouldn't discuss

Anyway thanks again, for solving the problem and instructing me how to fix it 
for me and kind regards.
