[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#499629: texlive-latex-extra should be recommended dependency

texlive-latex-extra is currently a suggested dependency, but using integrals
in the default math panel requires the esint package from
texlive-latex-extra.  The other texlive-latex-* packages are currently in
recommends, and  texlive-latex-extra should be moved up to recommends as
well.
