[Pkg-lyx-devel] half-backed 2.1.2 upload

Hi,
as you should see shortly I've just uploaded a somewhat
half-baked 2.1.2-1 package to unstable.

I'd really like to ask all interested people around here
to suggest fixes in form of patches or git pull requests
to bring the package up to date with Debian standards.

At the moment the lintian issue list is rather long and
I do not really think the package is in state I'd like
to see in a stable release. But maybe it's good enough
to be at least more useful compared to an outdated 2.0.x
release.
