[pkg-mad-maintainers] Patch to libid3tag0-dev for EasyH10

I am planning to package EasyH10, (ITP #322943), a program to generate
databases for the iRiver H10 mp3 player. This program requires a
patched version of libid3tag to work, and I was wondering if you would
be willing to apply patch the debian version. As far as I can tell the
patch merely adds one extra function to the library. The patch is
available here http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/easyh10/libid3tag-0.15.1b_easyh10-0.10.patch?download.
