experimental upload candidate for madwifi-ng

Hi,

The following location contains a snapshot of madwifi-ng packaging that
I think is suitable for upload to experimental:

http://users.tpg.com.au/sigm/misc/pkg-madwifi/

After our previous conversation, I made the following major changes:

    * dropped madwifi-ng-dev, its not really usable as a build-dep for
anything, and its convenience factor is not really good enough to
      argue for its inclusion
    * added madwifi-ng-doc, to contain the large users-guide.pdf
provided by upstream. This reduces the size of the
madwifi-ng-tools package dramatically, and I think that makes sense
    * removed conflicts from control files, as per our previous discussion

@ Loic, can you please arrange for them to be uploaded to the
experimental archive? I expect it may spend some time in the NEW queue
after the modifications mentioned above.

I'd really like to see madwifi-ng make its way into etch. There are some
reports of madwifi-old misbehaving on >= 2.6.16 kernels, and the chance
of support for users of madwifi-old is rapidly diminishing, as it is on
the verge of upstream deprecation. It'd also make backports much easier
post-etch release. What do you think?

PS: I've no news about the problem you faced concerning countrycode, the
HAL version is unchanged for a while now.

Thanks, Kel.
