Bug#383169: Workaround for pm-utils

I was unable to associate with networks after resuming from hibernate
as well.  After many hours of digging and tweaking I found the
workaround for us pm-utils users to be quite simple:

# echo 'SUSPEND_MODULES="ath_pci"' > /etc/pm/config.d/50-madwifi

Just in case anyone else can benefit from this too.
