 I was sleepy in the testing, but it seemed that if you have one option
to choose from, that's selected automagically without bothering the
user. I may be very wrong on this OTOH. Will check again. As of zero
option: it should not happen, see above.

 Well, I think it's better to ask about the site_languages first, then
choose which one is set as default; than ask what would you to be the
default, and then may make a mistake not selecting it in site_languages.
